Do you replace my doctor or care team?
No. I work alongside your existing providers to help ensure you feel heard, informed, and supported.
Can you help me find a care team?
Yes! I will work with you to find a care team that is knowledgeable, experienced, and supportive.
Do you work with insurance?
I will help you navigate insurance calls, pre-authorizations, and paperwork, but I am not an insurance agent and I cannot guarantee coverage outcomes.
No, while I do hope to contract with insurance companies in the future, currently I do not accept any insurance.
Will you attend appointments with me?
Yes! With your consent and depending on your comfort level, I will attend appointments in person, virtually, or over the phone to provide support, note-taking and ensure all your questions get answered clearly.
Do you work with caregivers or family members?
Yes - when appropriate and with the client's consent.
